Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Golang Leader, located in Singapore. The Golang Leader will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance services and applications using Golang. The role includes mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices. The Golang Leader will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the highest levels of performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golang programming and experience with designing scalable and reliable systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and conducting code reviews
• Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience with microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable
