Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our Taiwan office. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies and partners in the Taiwan market. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, passionate about the travel industry, and able to work independently with international coordination.

Candidate requirements:

Proficient in both spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese is required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and engaging personality

Previous B2B experience in the travel industry (sales, operations, product, or marketing roles preferred)

Strong market knowledge of Middle East, North Africa, and/or Europe travel destinations is a plus

Highly organized, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure

Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, or familiarization trips

Self-driven with a positive attitude and team spirit

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with product teams in Rida International's global offices (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, etc.) to obtain travel packages and price lists for the Taiwan market.
  2. Actively promote Rida International's brand and services to B2B clients through sales visits, calls, emails, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
  3. Follow up persistently with travel agents and tour operators to maximize market share and close business deals.
  4. Manage daily communications between Taiwan clients and global DMC operations to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
  5. Provide prompt and professional responses to all client inquiries to convert leads into confirmed business.
  6. Reply and follow-up all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, to achieve maximum business materialization.
  7. Handle unexpected issues or complaints and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems or process refund eligibility when necessary.
  8. Work closely with the accounting team to follow up on client payments
  9. Submit regular reports, market insights, and performance updates to Taiwan General Manager.
