Job description

  • Develop and maintain B2B clients and MICE projects (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
  • Create tailored proposals, itineraries, and cost breakdowns based on client needs.
  • Coordinate logistics with hotels, transportation, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • On-site support for event execution; handle real-time changes and ensure seamless experience.
  • Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' sales experiences in MICE, travel industry or travel agency.
  • Customer-orientated, good presentation skills, responsible and result-driven
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC operation, especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Willing to travel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
