We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated investment professionals to join our dynamic team to grow our development pipeline and contribute to the success of our offshore wind development projects.

Key Responsibilities
】

Investments and Transactions

  • Lead on M&A opportunities in the renewable energy sector
  • Conduct financial due diligence and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions
  • Participate in negotiations and drive M&A transactions to closing

New Projects

  • Evaluate new offshore wind development opportunities
  • Work on bidding for offshore wind auctions in various regions to secure new projects
  • Assess financial feasibility, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment proposals

Project Development

  • Drive projects toward construction phase by managing financial aspects of the project through development phase
  • Lead financial planning and analysis for offshore wind development projects
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies during project development and for project financing
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless progress from development to construction

Project Finance

  • Drive the process to secure project finance for offshore wind projects
  • Develop and manage relationships with financing parties including banks, export credit agencies, and other financing entities
  • Manage sponsor and lender advisers including financial, legal, technical and other due diligence advisors throughout the due diligence process
  • Coordinate activities and ensure effective communication between the project team, advisors and financing parties

Financial Modelling

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess project viability, returns, and potential risks
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to support decision-making processes

Reporting and Internal Approval Process

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to Shareholders, Board, Steering Committee and Senior Management
  • Effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements during all phases of the project

【Qualifications】

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountant, CPA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools
  • Excellent understanding of finance, accounting principles, and risk management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail, good work ethic and a team player
  • Experience in project financing within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on offshore wind projects is a plus
  • Ability to speak English and/or Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other languages is a plus
