Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that PCBA products meet internal standards and customer requirements by overseeing and participating in quality control processes throughout the server assembly line. 
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CM to resolve quality issues occurring on the server assembly line.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customer communications regarding PCBA quality matters.
3. Organize and lead regular meetings with internal customers to review defects, identify potential quality risks, and ensure product consistency and reliability.
4. Monitor and analyze PCBA quality performance and address quality issues within the server assembly process.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quality-related data.
6. Conduct regular meetings with internal management to report on PCBA quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE/MSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME), or a related technical field.
2.  Strong independent thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; proactive and results oriented.
3.  Business-level or higher proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
4.  Self-motivated, committed, and eager to learn, with a positive and collaborative working attitude.
5.  Solid understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.
6.  Proven experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Hands-on experience with PCBA and server assembly processes is highly preferred.
7.  Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including: 8D reports, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, CPK, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques.
8.  Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab; basic programming skills for quality data automation are a plus.
