Job Summary:

Our Production team is in need of a Production Quality Engineer to collect quality metrics for products with an aim in practicing and executing design feedback for manufacturing, product quality improvement management, covering post-sales product quality and services support, and customer satisfaction. The Production Quality Engineer is primarly responsible for the quality functions covering supply chain and incoming quality, and in-house manufacturing quality, product reliability and performance quality. The individual will work with the senior management of the global production operations in establishing quality-focus teams, mandating standard practices of quality principles, and will attend to the oversight responsibility to all global operations sites, cross-functional departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  2. Sever production and incoming quality control and review.
  3. Cross loop function with team to take over all quality totally improvements.
  4. Routine meeting to sync up with all sites for quality improvements.
  5. Maintain issues and report for case study and lesson learn improve the quality and workmanship.
  6. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
  7. OEM models first build production follow up and issues tracking.
  8. Establish and implement quality standards, optimize procedure, and update documents.
  9. Nonconformance analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  10. Sync up with production issue follow up and lesson learn with team.
Qualifications:

  2. Education to bachelor's degree level or equivalent
  3. 2 years' experience in quality management
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical/investigative skills.
  5. Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  6. Pro-active, self-motivated, outgoing
  7. Good knowledge for the Liquid Cooling system will be plus.
