Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for an IT Engineer. Responsible for providing services for local users on PC & Server management & software installation/troubleshooting, Computer room operation, ServiceNow ticket handling,ESXi management,K2 CommVault management and specially for top-down project/tasks.

Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

  • Execution and monitoring of daily backup tasks .
  • providing services for local users on PC,PBX,printer and software.
  • Monthly Security Updates.
  • Equipment on computer room inspection and maintenance.
  • Executing top-down project/tasks

What you will bring along:

  • Academic/Professional Education college : Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Relevant Experience :1-2 years experience in technical Support or Servicedesk /helpdesk operations
  • Technical Skills/Knowledge: . Desktop hardware, Desktop Operating Systems, Office Software (e.g. MS Office), ITSM and ITSM Tools
