Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive sales support to the Consumer Banking team, ensuring seamless customer experienceAssist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to support the team's effortsCollaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive sales strategiesCoordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and transactionsContribute to the development and implementation of sales support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivityParticipate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practicesRequirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficient in using various office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for the banking industryApply Now
