Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to manage social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and audio technology, be adept at utilizing AI tools, and excel in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and direct the production of visual and video content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Utilize AI tools for content generation and enhancement.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
  • Foster a positive community by engaging with followers and influencers.

Social Media Strategy

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics using platform analytics and other tools.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.

Campaign Management

  • Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.

Influencer Collaboration

  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and track campaign results.

Customer Service

  • Address customer inquiries and issues received via social media in a timely and professional manner.

Platform Management

  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Optimize social media profiles and posts for SEO.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for music and audio technology.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and has basic project management skills.
