  • 社群創意:以兼具創意與教育的內容,將「安心理財,聰明消費」理念轉化為用戶易懂且有感的體驗,提升品牌影響力
  • 社群營運:規劃與經營 Instagram、Threads、Facebook 等多平台內容,靈活運用各種工具與功能,與目標族群建立連結並深化互動
  • 競品洞察:觀察並分析競品社群策略、貼文成效與市場動態,提出優化建議,並持續調整品牌藍圖
  • 數據回饋:追蹤社群數據與行銷活動成果,透過分析工具整理報表,從數據中發掘洞察並提出具體優化方向
  • 專案製作:依據客戶或專案需求,規劃並製作符合品牌調性的社群內容

Qualifications:
  • 具備社群平台營運經驗,能主導社群經營規劃並落實執行
  • 對消費金融(信用卡/證券/保險等)及民生消費主題具高度興趣,並願意持續學習與更新知識
  • 能敏銳掌握熱門議題與關鍵人物,並快速轉化為具話題性的內容
  • 對數據敏感,能從營運數據中分析機會點並調整方向
  • 謹慎細心、自律積極,具備強烈求知慾與穩定執行力
  • 具備良好的溝通與協調能力,能清楚表達邏輯與決策據
  • 保有開放心態與彈性,能在面對變動時快速調整
  • 具備影音剪輯實務經驗,如剪映/CapCut、Final Cut Pro、Adobe Premiere Pro
