Responsibilities:

  • Drive internal workflow optimization initiatives across the company
  • Build new operation tools to support daily automation needs
  • Support and solve workflow pain points across various teams

Required Skills:

  • Quick understanding of operational logic and details
  • Proficient in using automation tools like Zapier, n8n, , etc.
  • Curious and capable of exploring new AI tools and third-party platforms, and applying them to real-world operational needs
  • Willing to get hands dirty, detail-oriented, patient, and eager to truly understand operational pain points
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points (Please highlight in the resume if applicable):

  • Experience with frontend/backend development or API migration
  • Experience applying AI in workflow or operational scenarios
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale operational efficiency improvements
