• Design, implement, and optimise advanced machine learning models tailored for various artificial intelligence projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Apply hands-on expertise in computer vision or Large Language Model applications such as object detection, classification, and embedding models to solve complex challenges.
• Utilise Python and at least one major deep learning framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow to develop robust AI systems.
• Curate and manage multi-modal datasets to enhance the performance of machine learning models across different domains.
• Optimise deep learning models through techniques such as pruning, compression, and quantisation for deployment on edge devices without compromising performance.
• Contribute to the implementation of MLOps tools including DVC, MLFlow, or Weights & Biases to streamline model development workflows.
• Participate actively in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI research and bring innovative ideas into practical application within ongoing projects.

• A postgraduate degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical foundations.
• Proficiency in Python programming language with hands-on experience using at least one leading deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• A minimum of four years' professional experience specialising in computer vision or Large Language Models (LLMs), showcasing your ability to deliver impactful solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in designing, implementing, and optimising machine learning models for real-world AI projects across multiple domains.
• Practical experience applying deep learning techniques to applications like object detection, classification tasks, or embedding model development.
• A collaborative approach that emphasises teamwork, dependability, and effective communication within multicultural settings.
• A passion for exploring new frontiers in computer vision, LLMs, and machine learning technologies while maintaining sensitivity towards user needs.
• Experience deploying deep learning algorithms into production environments with attention to reliability and maintainability.
• Advanced proficiency in C/C programming is highly desirable for optimising performance-critical components of AI systems.
