About the Role:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key hypermarket accounts. The role focuses on delivering sales targets, optimizing trade spending, and ensuring product freshness and visibility. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to drive business growth and execute impactful sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business development for the assigned channel
  • Manage the achievement of annual sales targets, ensuring the trade spending within budget
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers
  • Launch new products and drive creative promotions to boost consumer engagement
  • Enhance shelf visibility and ensure in-store execution excellence
  • Optimize trade spending and improve promotion efficiency
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and take prompt action to maximize product freshness and minimize returns
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy and respond quickly to market trends
About You:
  • University Degree in business, management or related field
  • Experience in FMCG industry (key account management, marketing or trade marketing background is welcomed)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Flexibility, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to take different perspectives
  • Experience with sales forecasting and trade spending management is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively across organization and in cross-functional teams 
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
