About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with a strong track record in
Taiwan's domestic government tenders and corporate projects.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing relationships with both government agencies and local enterprises to drive business growth.

我們希望徵求一位具有經驗的業務開發經理,擁有台灣國內政府標案與企業專案的經驗。此職位將專注於發掘商機、撰寫提案,並與政府機關及本地企業建立與維持良好關係,以推動業務成長。

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities through Taiwan's government tender processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies and local corporate clients.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery after contract award.

  • Stay updated on relevant policies, procurement regulations, and market trends.

  • 針對台灣政府標案流程,發掘、追蹤並爭取商機。

  • 建立並維持與政府機關及本地企業客戶的良好合作關係。
  • 準備與提交高品質的提案書、報價單與標案文件。
  • 與內部團隊合作,確保得標後專案順利執行。
  • 隨時掌握相關政策、採購法規及市場趨勢。

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in handling government tenders in Taiwan (3+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of domestic procurement procedures and bidding regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin; basic English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Track record of securing contracts from both government and corporate sectors.

  • 具備台灣政府標案經驗(3 年以上為佳)。

  • 熟悉國內採購程序與投標規範。
  • 具備中文專業溝通與談判能力;有基礎英文能力者佳。
  • 能獨立作業並同時管理多個專案,具備良好時程控管能力。
  • 具備成功爭取政府與企業合約的實績。
