Job Responsibilities:

  • Support operational efficiency projects across North Asia by assisting with follow-up actions and process improvements.
  • Help optimize Academy content, explore opportunities for process automation, and assist in conducting partner research and satisfaction surveys.
  • Contribute to the creation and organization of a shared knowledge base for the North Asia region.
  • Assist in updating Taiwan certification records and maintaining the equipment database.
  • Help build and manage a simple tracking system for key action items and outcomes from team meetings.
