Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the relevance of technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field">
  • No prior experience required, but internships or hands-on experience in a related field is an advantage">
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems">
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams">
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting">
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites">
