The successful candidate will be responsible for sample failure analysis, X-ray inspection, and decap implementation.

Job Location:

Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, Kaohsiung, home to several semiconductor packaging and advanced engineering groups. Our MOSFET product line features a diverse range of technologies, and we are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in Taiwan's semiconductor industry since 1974 with around 600 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• The primary objective is to support SBA/SYL FA from 80% within 4 days to 100% within 4 days target.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in related fields.">
