About the Role

This role will partner with business leaders to develop long-term goals for the organization's structure and talent strategy. You'll coach and develop business leaders, maintaining strategic alignment between Global BPP, country BPP, site BPP, site leadership, and People Team (HR). Your goal will be to ensure people programs and plans are aligned with business priorities.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Connect people to strategy by translating organizational goals into a people strategy and understanding implications on both.
  2. Incorporate local relevancy into people strategy and HR programs to drive business results.
  3. Hire, develop, retain, reward, motivate top talent to meet business needs.
  4. Explore opportunities enabled by People within the site to anticipate trends and interpret impact on business and People strategy.
  5. Navigate the organization to influence decisions and actions outside of the People function to achieve goals.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Define clear success metrics in line with business objectives.
  2. Marshall resources to drive towards measurable results.
  3. Role model commitment towards achieving goals by taking ownership of initiatives and delivering on time.
