Software Automation Principal Engineer

We're looking for a seasoned Automation Solutions Architect to join our fast-paced environment where innovative thinking is prized. Our team specializes in developing and delivering automation solutions and test scripts for both internal and external clients. We take charge of the complete lifecycle management, from initial product conceptualization and planning to its seamless deployment and release.

As an experienced architect, you will have the opportunity to design state-of-the-art automation solutions specifically for testing, alongside API and Cobot solutions, automation script development, software CI/CD processes, and coding. Your role will be pivotal in advancing AI throughout its lifecycle by leading the development of these solutions and ensuring they are ready for release.

You will gather and implement best practices across various automation solution portfolios and business sectors. Additionally, you will work closely with your team, offering mentorship and guidance in the design and development of these automation solutions.

The Role:

  • Successful deployment of automation solution and systems that significantly improve test efficiency or product quality.

  • Development of innovative algorithms or models that advance the state-of-the-art in Automation and AI technology.

  • Integration of AI solutions into existing workflows or platforms, enabling automation to automate routine tasks and data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects that leverage AI techniques to solve complex problems in fields.

  • Leadership in guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of Automation solution and innovation projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development experience with excellent knowledge of architecture of automation solutions and AI techniques.

  • Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability

  • Strong skills of programming languages; Python, C#, C++ or similar.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure.

  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and AI model deployment.
