Lead Graphics Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphics Engineering Program Manager to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead and manage client graphics programs, collaborating with internal platform and graphics development engineering teams to deliver onboard and add-in graphics program results. This role is part of the graphics engineering team within Dell End User Computing (EUC), responsible for the engineering development and sustaining of all integrated and add-in graphics cards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with Dell internal platform and graphics development engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of onboard and add-in graphics program outcomes.
- Collaborate with external technology providers and ODM partners to resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues related to workstation-class graphics controller cards.
- Work closely with multiple internal teams including product quality, platform engineering, product marketing, program management, regulatory engineering, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide engineering guidance and support to commodity-level internal core teams on product issue management and resolution, as well as triage and program schedule.
- Facilitate collaboration with external suppliers including AMD, nVidia, Intel, and platform ODM partners to resolve issues and deliver graphics controllers on Time-To-Market schedules.
- Proactive attitude towards issue resolution and engagement with peer and global teams to quickly resolve issues.
- Able to aggressively manage suppliers and technology partners to drive quick resolution to customer issues.
- Familiarity with the ODM development model.
- Self-starter mentality, able to recognize and triage issues.
- Maniacal focus on customer experience and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering/Computer Science degree with depth of knowledge in electrical or computer engineering.
- 5+ years industry experience, preferably with Dell.
