Job Description

Dell Technologies is a leader in driving human progress. As an Engineering Project Manager on our team in Taipei, Taiwan, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Commercial Platform for assigned projects or specific activities within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project alignment with goals and conduct post-project reviews.
  • Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.
  • Define supporting and/or driving process improvements.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in the PC/mobile phone industry.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup.
  • Drive results; manage changes, conflicts, and drive innovation initiatives.
  • Good communication skills; fluent English.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment; work effectively with senior management; detail-oriented.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering, Project Management Bachelor degree or related study.

Dell Technologies offers an excellent compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as bonus programs, flexible work arrangements, career development opportunities, employee resource groups, and more.
