Senior Lead Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware design and be able to lead cross-functional teams to develop robust and high-quality products.
The Senior Lead Engineer will work closely with designers, customers, manufacturing engineering, and project leadership to ensure that product development meets the highest standards. They will be responsible for enhancing designs based on feedback from reviews and providing support throughout the manufacturing process.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical solutions in multiple domains, including electrical and mechanical systems. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate customer requirements and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. They will also have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
