About the Opportunity

Appier is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation and integration of our enterprise products into client environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and business acumen.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist clients in expanding their usage and adoption of enterprise solutions.
  • Provide relationship management for assigned clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide resources for account customization and further implementation.
  • Deliver service and technical support for product implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients on product definition, implementation, and operation.

About You

[Essential]

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to identify requirements before the customer does.
  • Fast learner with interest in online advertising and data monitoring.
  • Good time management and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information.
  • Native or excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and business fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations.

[Nice to Have]

  • Experience in customer engagement automation tools as customer success.
  • Online marketing experience or impressive presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing and CRM systems.
  • Data analytics knowledge (e.g. Google Analytics, data warehouse, SQL).
  • Technical savvy in web/app development (e.g. HTML/CSS/Javascript).
