Product Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the design and development of a Google-specific paid search & shopping ad automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads mechanics and APIs, as well as proven success in launching automation tools for keyword creation, bid management, landing page strategy, and performance optimization.

This is a unique opportunity to build intelligent, full-stack automation that connects our vast product catalog with Google Search & Shopping Ads at scale. You will define and execute the product roadmap that powers high-performance campaigns, delivering measurable return on ad spend (ROAS) and user growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search & Shopping Automation: Own the product roadmap for Google Search & Shopping ad automation across international markets.
  • Build systems to automate keyword selection, campaign structuring, bidding logic, landing page mapping (SDPs), and creative (image/text) selection.
  • Integrate with Google Ads APIs to launch and manage high-volume, high-efficiency paid search campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including building ad platforms, search optimization tools, or automation systems.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping) mechanics and APIs.
  • Proven success launching automation tools for keyword creation, bid management, landing page strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Strong data skills—comfortable with A/B testing, ROAS analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
