About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment and ensuring seamless execution of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manning multiple machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Demonstrating expertise in using computer-based programs to perform daily duties.
  • Providing exceptional coverage during breaks and logging machines accurately.
  • Monitoring equipment performance discrepancies and communicating timely to your Lead.
Quality Focus
  • Running equipment based on current process specifications.
  • Coordinating workstations and maintaining 6S standards.
  • Making suggestions to improve quality and safety.
Certification and Training
  • Participating actively in assigned training and asking questions to increase knowledge.
  • Completing certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.
Communication
  • Receiving and understanding pass-downs and providing clear, accurate, and detailed pass-downs.
  • Seeking feedback from leadership, coworkers, and support groups to make positive changes in performance.
  • Offering suggestions towards improvements when appropriate.
  • Always seeking clarification when in doubt.
Safety and Compliance
  • Identifying and promptly reporting hazards.
  • Following safety protocols.
  • Using accurate lifting techniques and working in an ergonomically manner.
