Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server OEM/ODM and major account experience, with a proven track record in business development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to activate, engage, and retain customers across multiple channels.
  • Analyze channel partner behavioral patterns to inform the development of relevant promotion programs.
  • Create data-driven strategies to increase revenue and repeat purchase frequency.
  • Support sales teams in new market segments and verticals, ensuring alignment with global strategy and direction.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance market, customer, and vertical segmentation, driving consistent engagement, communication, and reward processes down the supply chain.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred in EE or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Server OEM/ODM/major account roles.
  • Strong business management skills, with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to generate campaign and program analysis, derive insights, and drive business actions.
