Marketing RoleThis is a six-month temporary position where you will handle advertising paperwork management, vendor support, marketing PR & approvals, and invoice review & payment coordination.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process advertising contracts and insertion orders ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate the qualification process for new vendors by coordinating internal requirements and necessary documentation for onboarding.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and managing marketing and public relations materials to ensure timely approvals and alignment with brand standards.
- Verify advertising invoices and manage payment workflows to ensure documentation aligns with campaign deliverables and proof of performance.
- Collect and analyze advertising performance data to create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, advertising operations, or media buying role.
- Strong understanding of advertising terms and contract processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic tools).
- Familiarity with financial workflows and vendor management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
