Technical Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our technical projects and programs. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing technical projects from planning to completion through the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDL). The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in system management software solutions, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage technical projects and programs for the management software & firmware features of next-generation hardware systems from planning to completion through SSDL.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to research, define, manage, and track technical requirements and design specifications to enable new technology and meet customer requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain technical product/feature collateral material related to HW-FW-SW to ensure product's quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  4. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors and 3rd party partners for requirements and technical issues.
  5. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and provide potential solutions.
  6. Manage project schedule, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in system management software solutions.
  3. Familiar with x86, ARM architecture, BMC, and BIOS.
  4. Experience in project lifecycle and schedule management.
  5. Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
