We are seeking a skilled Hardware Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise motherboards and its components, with strong testing knowledge.

The selected candidate will be responsible for validating motherboard, system, and other server component functionality. They will conduct thorough testing, identify hardware and software issues, and work collaboratively with the design team to resolve these problems.


">Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • ">
  • Perform thorough validation testing of motherboards, systems, and server components.">
  • Conduct functionality, compatibility, performance, stress, and reliability testing.">
  • Identify and report hardware and software quality issues into bug tracking systems.">
  • Document and analyze test data.">
  • Maintain and improve validation test plans and instructions.">
  • Develop and contribute to test utility automation.">

">Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hardware validation environments.">
  • Strong knowledge of computer architecture and Linux, Windows, and networking fundamentals.">
  • Familiarity with server performance benchmarks and tuning is desirable.">
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.">
