Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Engineer II. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing standard service activities, responding to fab issues, and verifying operational quality of system equipment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routine preventative maintenance to complex problem-solving. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other engineers and participate in escalation conference calls to resolve issues.

As a Customer Engineer II, you will be expected to follow all checklists and procedures, ensure correct Revs of procedures and schematics are available prior to performing work, and strive to perform Best Known Methods (BKMs). You will also be responsible for using knowledge management systems and following all IP guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes
  • Complete quality repairs
  • Respond to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls
  • Verify operational quality of system equipment unassisted
  • Assist senior engineers as needed
