Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the coordination of operational activities for new product launches into the global market.

The ideal candidate will ensure consistency between production and test environments by migrating hardware, software, and networking changes into the production environment in a stable and controlled manner.

They will be responsible for creating build processes, coordinating product builds for release into production, and setting up configuration specifications for releases.

Additionally, they will drive strategies and action plans for new product introduction from early design to mass production with internal core teams, extended teams, and suppliers on notebook developments.

  • Decide, initiate, and own largescale projects; proactively coordinate team engagement.
  • Set priorities within and between projects based on critical need for the business; anticipate implications associated with a chosen course of action.
  • Lead extended teams with some direction; manage teams through influence, direct knowledge, and understanding of all extended team functions.
  • Develop and manage FP (Functional Plan) for complex product launches and complex fulfillment models.

Strong command skills drive implementation and execution of programs and initiatives. Leadership ensures product designs and operational processes are optimized, developing solutions for complex problems that meet operational and business requirements, incorporating industry best practices, and communicating and influencing across the organization.
