Payment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Payment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end payment processes, including payment calculations, purchase order management, and clinical trial payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve payment-related inquiries.
  • Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research or equivalent competencies.
  • Previous experience with clinical payment processing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
