Position Overview:
Morgan Philips, Taiwan office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Headhunter with a specialized focus on the Semiconductor and Electronics industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the technological landscape within this sector. This role requires the ability to identify and recruit top-tier talent for leading semiconductor and electronics companies globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with top-tier professionals within the Semiconductor and Electronics industry through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing strategic consultation on talent acquisition strategies within the Semiconductor and Electronics sector.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the Semiconductor and Electronics field. Provide insightful market analysis to clients and candidates, enabling informed decision-making in recruitment and career progression.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential candidates, assessing their technical skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit within the semiconductor and electronics companies.

Networking: Actively participate in industry events and networking activities to foster relationships with potential candidates, industry experts, and key stakeholders within the Semiconductor and Electronics field.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations between clients and potential candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns with both parties' expectations and objectives.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes, share market insights, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent within the Semiconductor and Electronics industry.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and candidate pipeline status to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment, HR, sales, PM, engineering
- Upper-intermediate level of English capability
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess and identify top talent within the Semiconductor and Electronics sector.
- Plus:
1. preferably with a focus on the Semiconductor and Electronics industry
2. Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, electronic components, and related market dynamics.
3. A demonstrated track record of successful placements and client satisfaction within the Semiconductor and Electronics industry.
