Our client is in search of a seasoned Head of HR with a background in leading HR functions within a successful B2B SaaS Software Company, preferably from a Unicorn Startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp resource needs and contribute to headcount planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Partner with business leaders, legal, and compliance teams to interpret and enforce HR policies.
  • Offer guidance to managers on various employee relations matters, aligning with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance concerns effectively.

Talent Management and Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for Talent recruitment management. 
  • Enhance the annual performance management process and assist managers throughout.
  • Work with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees for key roles.
  • Facilitate relevant training to boost the skills of both managers and employees.

Compensation and Rewards:

  • Stay updated on market trends to provide insights for the business.
  • Advise managers on appropriate compensation structures.
  • Collaborate on annual compensation and promotion reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a broad skill set.
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
