Job Description: Senior Sourcing Recruiter - High-Tech Market (APAC)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to join our recruitment team, with a primary focus on the high-tech market in the APAC region. This role will support ongoing team expansion and growth in Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will proactively identify, engage, and secure top tech talent, ensuring we meet our high hiring standards. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams from both Stripe and Company, developing effective sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods to meet business needs.
  • Pipeline Development: Build robust pipelines for challenging roles, conduct market mapping, promote job opportunities on social media, and diversify our talent pool through various sourcing channels.
  • Candidate Engagement: Utilize tools such as LinkedIn to identify and approach passive candidates, maintaining continuous engagement and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Work closely with recruitment coordinators and full lifecycle recruiters to ensure seamless interview arrangements, enhance candidate experience, and track recruitment data metrics.
  • Talent Insights and Strategy: Generate talent insight reports, identify sourcing challenges, and recommend strategies to enhance the growth of our talent pools.
  • Candidate Screening: Understand company's hiring standards, consistently apply assessment benchmarks, and guide candidates through the interview process with appropriate preparation.
  • Recruiting Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team on various recruiting initiatives, including the referral program, sourcing hours, and other related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of talent sourcing experience in the tech sector, either in corporate settings or search firms.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements in the tech (hardware/software) industry.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing talent for hardware-related positions.
  • A strong understanding of high-tech talent pools in Taiwan.
  • Ability to manage recruitment-related projects, such as interviewer training and referral programs.
