Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Project ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner . Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the ELSP business activities through document management processes, collaborating with procurement, supply chain management, sales, and project management teams to facilitate internal communication. Furthermore, this position serves as a gatekeeper, ensuring that all business and field activities comply with ABB policies. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring that a document control and communication process is available according to the project's scope and requirements. Guaranteeing compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Communicating appropriate documentation updates to customer and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner and providing accurate progress reporting. Informing the Project Manager actively in the event of new requirements from the customer that may cause changes in the document management process and/or scope. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with low voltage power equipment and the high-tech plant construction market Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills , y ou have 2 years of experience in m echanical and electrical equipment sales or engineering management work Possess an enhanced knowledge in MS office software or various process management system platforms .
