Phrozen has expanded globally to the U.S., Europe, Japan, South Korea, and more, serving clients in industries like dental, jewelry, and digital modeling.

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of both campaign operations and social media management in Taiwan. In this role, you'll plan and run integrated marketing campaigns, manage local social channels, and work with influencers and partners to expand our reach. You'll also use tools like Klaviyo and AI platforms to create engaging content and ensure our brand stays visible, relevant, and connected to our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (product launches, trade shows, promotions) across website, social, ads, and email.
  • Manage Taiwan social media channels: content publishing, community engagement, influencer/KOL collaborations, and trend monitoring.
  • Create and refine campaign content (social posts, EDMs, etc.) with support from AI tools.
  • Track and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and social activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns and content with brand strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or social media operations (experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan's social media landscape and user behavior.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple campaigns across channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Collaborative spirit and proactive communication style.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Klaviyo and familiarity with AI-powered content tools.
