Role Purpose
Lead production planning activities by collaborating with PLM to develop accurate forecasts and translate them into actionable production plans. Work cross-functionally to optimize capacity allocation, coordinate with material/purchasing teams for timely order delivery, monitor production progress, collaborate with PE, QC, Operation team to achieve production target, and drive continuous improvement in performance.

  • Weekly Production Plan arrangement
  • Production control
  • Capacity evaluation and bottleneck identification and elimination

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Project management tasks related to supply chain improvements
  • Strong skills in cross-functional communication
  • Production planning and scheduling
  • Proficient in developing schedules/plans for manufacturing operations
  • Experience managing outsourced capacity is preferred
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
