As the Marketing Enabler, you aim to:
- optimize the overall care experience for patients with cancer
- work with a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
- understand, develop, drive and monitor the customer value proposition for potential
integrated health solutions
- work cross functionally to coordinate and steward the integrated marketing plan in the
Disease Area (DA)
- work to catalyze rapid solutions to significant gaps in the patient journey (diagnostics,
digital health solutions, treatments(s), distribution / supply) by connecting with
enterprise knowledge and resources.
- work in cross border collaborations in Asia Pacific and will be a member of the
Network capabilities despite being hired into a country affiliate.
- realize and scale country outcomes by contributing to virtual, cross border, cross
functional work package teams
- jointly cultivate an environment that enables a self-managed team, with strong
innovative, agile and enterprise mindset, customer centricity and a culture of discovery,
experimentation and learning.
Skills and Experience :
- You have relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital engagement and/or
commercial operations (including leadership), with demonstrable evidence of
successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.
- Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology , Business, Marketing or other related fields preferred
- You have a proven track record of building, leading and contributing to high performing, diverse, agile teams
