【職務內容】

※普利司通E8承諾對外溝通計畫

• 與相關部門及工作小組(WG)成員共同擬定普利司通 E8 承諾對外溝通計畫。
• 利用故事資料庫(Story Bank)重建媒體關係,並進行每月媒體提案。※數位行銷強化
• 瞭解普利司通及競爭對手在數位領域的投資狀況。
• 發掘數位新機會與關鍵驅動因素,以在核心數位通路中(如官方網站、Facebook、KOL、媒體、口碑行銷及全年數位曝光)吸引消費者互動。
• 規劃具 KPI 的年度數位策略,以招募新消費者並優化溝通計畫。
• 帶領數位代理商執行數位策略,並明確設定 KPI 與社群聲量監測。
• 建立明確的檢討機制,持續優化數位投資效益。

※公關管理

• 制定年度公關策略,提升核心品牌價值、主力產品、公司CSR及普利司通E8 承諾的媒體曝光度。
• 指導公關代理商執行公關策略。
• 強化媒體關係,並建立危機管理流程。
• 建立明確的檢討機制,持續改善公關投資效益。

※官方網站與數位資產管理(DAM)

• 與亞太區總部協作,管理官方網站與數位資產管理(DAM)移轉專案。
• 尋求更具使用者友善性的網站設計與流程,以提升使用者參與度。
• 建立明確的檢討機制,持續優化網站管理。

※競爭對手 ATL 投資分析

• 根據年度預算,確認具關鍵能力的第三方合作對象。
• 與營業相關部門及採購部門協作,透過年度合約選擇適任之第三方機構。
• 設定與普利司通行銷 KPI 對齊的明確第三方績效指標(KPI)。

※Bridgestone E8 Commitment External Communication Plan

• Co-work with MM and WG members to develop external communication plan of Bridgestone E8.
• Rebuild media relationship and monthly media pitch by the story bank.

※Digital Marketing Enhancement

• Understand Bridgestone and competitor's investment in digital.
• Identify digital new opportunity and key drivers to encage consumers in key digital channels (Web(Corporate), FB, KOL, Media, WOM and digital always on).
• Plan annual digital strategy with KPI to recruit new consumers and to improve the communication plan.
• Lead digital agency to execute digital strategy with clear KPI and social listening.
• Clear review process to continually improve the digital investment.

※PR management

• Plan annual PR strategy to enlarge the media exposure in the core brand value, key product, and CSR E8 commitment.
• Lead PR agency to execute PR strategy.
• Enhance the media relationship and develop crisis management process.
• Clear review process to continually improve the PR investment.

※Official Website & DAM

• Co-work with BSAPIC (APAC) to manage official website and DAM migration project.
• Identify more user-friendly website design and process to engage consumers.
• Clear review process to continually improve the website management.

※Competitor ATL Investment Analysis

• Identify key third party capability based on the annual budget.
• Co-work with MM and procurement to recruit capable third party by the annual contract.
• Set clear third party KPI aligned to BS marketing KPI.

Requirements

• 擁有商業管理、行銷、工程或相關領域的學士或碩士學位
• 必須具備中英文聽說讀寫能力(會其他語言者尤佳)
• 具有3年以上全球企業工作經驗,具汽車、消費性產品或快速消費品(FMCG)產業經驗者尤佳
• 熟悉MS Office作業系統與網站管理
• 具備公關、數位行銷與網站管理知識者為加分條件
• 具備良好的人際互動與溝通技巧,對跨文化議題具高敏感度,並能有效影響關鍵利害關係人
• Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
• English and Mandarin are mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)

3.3 years' experience above in a global corporation, preferably in automotive, consumer goods, FMCG industry.

• Office, Website management
• Knowledge of PR, digital marketing and website management is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and process great cultural sensitives with the ability to influence key stakeholders
