Candidate Profile
】
- 具備職業安全衛生相關背景或證照尤佳(如甲/乙級安全衛生人員)。
- 熟悉工地安全管理流程與相關法規。
- 具備良好溝通能力與團隊合作精神,能獨立處理現場工安事務。
- 有大型工程或專案現場 EHS 經驗者佳。

Responsibilities
】
- 負責專案現場的職業安全與健康管理,確保符合相關法規與公司政策。
- 執行風險評估、危害辨識與安全巡檢,並提出改善建議。
- 管理與追蹤現場安全事件、異常通報及改善措施。
- 協助專案團隊進行安全教育訓練與宣導活動。
- 與業主、包商及內部團隊協調工安相關事宜,確保施工安全。
- 定期彙整並提交 EHS 報告,包含事故統計、改善進度與法規遵循狀況。
- 支援 PM 推動專案順利進行,並確保安全標準落實於現場作業。
