Job Description
負責企業內部 IT 基礎設施與服務的穩定運行,提供高效、安全的技術支援。具體職責如下:

M365 服務管理

  • 管理 Microsoft 365 平台,包括 Exchange、Teams、SharePoint 等應用程式的部署、維護與使用者支援。
  • 監控服務運行狀態,處理異常並優化使用者體驗。

Entra ID / MFA / SSO 身分認證管理

  • 負責 Microsoft Entra ID (原 Azure AD) 的配置與管理,確保身分驗證的安全性與合規性。
  • 實施多因素認證 (MFA) 與單一登入 (SSO) 解決方案,提升系統存取的安全性與便利性。

軟體部署及安全管理

  • 利用 SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) 進行軟體分發、更新與修補管理。
  • 部署並維護防毒軟體 (Antivirus) 與 Forescout 等安全工具,確保終端設備的安全性。
  • 監控與應對潛在安全威脅,提供即時解決方案。

上網服務管理

  • 管理 Proxy 伺服器,確保企業網路存取的安全性與效能。
  • 制定並執行上網政策,監控流量並解決網路連線問題。
