The Project Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing project financials, cost management, and performance tracking to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management to support project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in cost control, and a deep understanding of construction project financials and reporting.

Key Responsibilities-主要職責:

-Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures

-Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

-Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and cash flow monitoring.

-Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and contractors to optimize cost efficiency.

-Implement and maintain project cost control systems and financial reporting processes.

-Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations, contract terms, and industry best practices.

-Generate detailed financial reports for management and key stakeholders.

-Conduct post-project financial evaluations to improve cost estimation and budgeting for future projects.

Requirements 資格與技能:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CFA preferred).

財務、會計、企業管理或相關領域的學士學位(碩士或具 CPA/CFA 資格者佳)。

-Proven experience in project control, cost management, or financial planning within the construction industry.

-Strong knowledge of construction project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.

-Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
