- Manage product quality throughout the entire process from incoming material inspection to shipment and customer complaint tracking.
- Conduct quality issue analysis, lead cross-functional investigations, implement corrective actions, and prepare 8D reports for customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, maintain complaint records, and support customer audits and visits as the quality service representative.
- Over 5 years of experience in quality project management, including at least 3 years in the ODM/JDM industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality data analysis, 8D reporting, and RMA processes; basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Experience with Camera, AIoT, or Networking products is preferred; quality or project management certifications are a plus.
- Has R&D and manufacturing sites across multiple countries, offering opportunities to participate in international projects and develop a global perspective.
