Tasks: Teguar IP product and Teguar Global Custom Product Group:

1.Customization - Review project inquiries/customer requirements with PM team.

Discuss key elements for test plan, create or collect test reports.

2.Manage PCN and ECN, regulation compliance, product validation and verification testing – for pre-sales. For this role ( a go to guy) needs to verify from vendor side. Certs Support (technical PM). Understand what internal communication/processes must be changed when a product change occurs.

3.Managing debugging with vendors. – knowing the failure and replicating the issue form TUSA side or customer side.

4.Product Design Development - knowing each development stage task and what resource to pull from. Achieve team decision on the design and transform them in to a real mock up sample, a testing sample, a final mass production product.

5.Managing ISO process/ establishing Quality management for Teguar Taiwan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering specialized in IPC manufacturing.
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Strong Ownership on leading projects.
