Participate in Finance projects (ie. automation, system update, etc.), perform UAT testing and assist in Finance BAU, such as reporting, payment and ad hoc tasks when needed

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily / monthly regulatory reports
  • Daily trial balance check and review
  • Daily / monthly regulatory limit / ratio monitor
  • Daily Nostro account reconciliation
  • Periodic withholding and business calculation, payment and filing
  • Assist in month-end accounting closing and GL reconciliation
  • Assist in monthly AP processing
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Min 5 years of experience in banking, experience in regulatory reporting is a must
  • Essential computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to work under tight schedule
  • Excellent in written, verbal communication and problem solving
  • CPA firm experience is a plus

Required Skills:
