Sr. Sites HSE Manager
", who
plays the lead HSE of construction project in Taiwan
and is
responsible for the HSE strategies, management, team management
and the
communication between headquarter and local projects
.

【Principal Duties & Responsibilities】

  1. You will be the Safety Champion
  2. Lead and guide teams on all HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) matters from end-to-end project cycle.
  3. Lead and work with team
    – Lead and manage Site HSES Engineers to make safety a team effort and support in coaching new project site HSE manager.
  4. Develop & Improve Safety Systems
    – Build HSES plans, emergency response, and security procedures to keep sites safe.
  5. Ensure Compliance
    – Make sure all subcontractors follow Air Liquide's safety standards.
  6. Lead Risk Management
    – Identify high-risk activities, create mitigation plans, and ensure zero incidents.
  7. Train & Educate
    – Develop and run HSES training for teams to stay sharp and informed.
  8. Oversee Safety Audits & Inspections
    – Run site safety meetings, audits, and reviews to maintain top safety levels.
  9. Enforce Work Permit Procedures
    – Ensure everyone follows the Permit to Work process before starting risky tasks.
  10. Investigate & Solve Incidents
    – Lead accident investigations, find the root cause, and prevent future risks.
  11. Report & Improve
    – Track safety performance and continuously enhance processes.
