Due to a significant growth in our business in Taiwan, our E&C (Engineering and Construction) BU is looking for a "HSE Manager", who plays a critical role in ensuring and enhancing a safe and secure work environment for all of our project sitse How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• You will be the Safety Champion – Guide teams on all HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) matters from project start to finish.
• Develop & Improve Safety Systems – Build HSES plans, emergency response, and security procedures to keep sites safe.
• Ensure Compliance – Make sure all subcontractors follow Air Liquide's safety standards.
• Lead Risk Management – Identify high-risk activities, create mitigation plans, and ensure zero incidents.
• Train & Educate – Develop and run HSES training for teams to stay sharp and informed.
• Oversee Safety Audits & Inspections – Run site safety meetings, audits, and reviews to maintain top safety levels.
• Enforce Work Permit Procedures – Ensure everyone follows the Permit to Work process before starting risky tasks.
• Investigate & Solve Incidents – Lead accident investigations, find the root cause, and prevent future risks.
• Report & Improve – Track safety performance and continuously enhance processes.
• Lead the Team and work with team – Manage and guide HSES engineers to make safety a team effort and support in coaching new project site HSE manager.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor (and above) in HSE related fields years of experience in HSE position,(especially in construction project site) with 3+ years in managerial roles. Been work in gas, chemical or EPC company is a plus.
• Be able to communicate in English and Chinese.
• Demonstrate good communication and leadership skills
• Be able to travel domestically based on project's requirement.
• License : Level A Technician for Occupational safety management, or Level A Technician for Occupational health management. About Air Liquide
