Yixing HSE Specialist

You will join Yixing team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are :

• 与HSE团队和其他职能部门合作,确保完成宜兴地区所有业务的HSE目标
• 进行例行HSE检查,发现不符合情况报告并纠正
• 跟踪HSE纠正和预防措施
• ISO14001和ISO45001等HSE管理体系维护
• HSE数据收集、分析并提交系统。
• 新员工及外来供应商等的HSE培训和定期HSE新人培训
• 工业卫生管理
• 协同工作,技术支持HSE改善项目
• 个人防护装备管理 
• 推进实施现场安全改善项目
• 经理安排的其他工作

Who we are looking for:

• 熟悉当地环境、健康、安全法律法规和公司总部标准
• 理解ISO14001和ISO45001相关要求 
• 3年以上制造业公司HSE管理经验
• 强烈的HSE意识
• 良好的沟通能力和团队精神,以及大局观
• 较强的逻辑分析能力
• 良好的HSE教育背景或工程背景
• 国家注册安全工程师优先。
• 熟练使用办公软件
