Job Description

1. 系統整合領導 - 領導車用電子5G cellular module、WiFi connectivity module及telematics TCU的系統整合專案開發。
2. 國際合作與項目管理 - 與國際Tier-1客戶合作,進行產品開發和項目管理。
3. 團隊管理與指導 - 管理和指導技術團隊,確保項目按時按質完成。
4. 產品規格與設計 - 制定產品規格、產品設計、系統整合及測試、生產導入、故障分析及解決方案。
5. 生產製造工藝創新 - 推動最新生產製造工藝,訂定Test plan整合到生產計劃中,以提高產量、測試時間和產品良率。
6. 產品規劃與提案 - 提出產品proposal,規劃產品roadmap;負責對應客戶需求及協調相關合作單位以明瞭現有產品及未來方向。
7. 跨部門協作 - 與跨部門團隊合作,包括銷售、市場和工程團隊,以確保產品滿足客戶RFI/RFQ需求。
